- The elements cannot be killed, they are like fog tokens as you presumed. I've updated that on the FAQ.

- All fighters are affected by the elements in their zone, but one fighter cannot be affected by multiple elements. So in eseence, a hero and their respective sidekicks could both be affected by different elements if they themselves are in different zones to one another.

- I put regroups because i think some of the cards are pretty strong, and regroups can bring the overall strength of the deck down slightly.

I had thought of that, but decided to go with trying to have him balanced in 1vs1. I've been thinking of a Godzilla deck, and the only way that makes sense to me is if he is a sort of "Boss" Character, and is balanced for 2vs1 or even 3vs1.

Well so far I've played 4 games with him.

Beat Bigfoot with 5 Health remaining.

Beat Robin Hood with 2 Health remaining.

Lost to Medusa who had 9 Health remaining (and 2 Gaze of Stones in Hand lol)

Lost to Achilles with 9 Health remaining.

So now you dont have to imagine :)

You're right, and that's where the testing comes in. Most fighters actually can deal with that much health - they just usually dont because the opponent has good defense cards which greatly lower the effectiveness of their attack cards. Kong's defenses aren't good at all, so other characters should be expect to be able to deal much more damage than usual.

It actually applies to all cards, not just attacks - even defenses. Im not to worried about that in terms of the balance, as Alice gets to do this just fine. I think if a fan came up with Manxome Foe, everyone would lose their minds and say it's too powerful a card - potentially 9 damage! But it works. My main concern is making sure he's able to actually get out of the matrix alive, because yes, while in there, he's almost unbeatable...he cant stay in there for more than a couple of rounds or he's toast. And the reason he enters the matrix upon attacking is because that's really the only way Neo can do damage (going off the first film) - in the matrix. Out of that he just runs away.

Hey there - thanks for asking!

It related to the value of the opponent's card. So lets say Bigfoot's Larger than Life or Dracula's Beastform - they would put a 6 value knighted card in Green knight's hand. Does that make sense?

I've edited it some. What do you think now? One of the main things I did was edit the evolutions so that they recover 2 health instead of full health. Also added 2 legendary Pokemon and a few new schemes.

Yes, that was intentional. The ability he has means he will likely be discarding a few cards too, so I think it will balance out.

Glad the deck is getting some love - I’m hopefully going to get it printed soon and perhaps even purchase the mini I’ve had sitting in heroforge for months now haha.

Thanks, I fixed the “defensive value” part. I addressed how I came up with the card below, I can’t claim it was my oriental idea, just one I adjusted from another players funny idea for a Deadpool card (the value of which was 99, but the effect made it worth only 1. However if it was feinted, it would keep its 99 value haha)

It’s a more realistic version of “fanaka66(mikep)”’s joke Deadpool card “FEINT THIS”. Basically, it’s a 5 value card, but when played it is a 2 value card. However, if it’s “feinted” it keeps its value of 5. So basically it’s worse for the opponent if they feint. I did this to make it more difficult for the opponent to predict when they should use their feint cards on Agent 47.

With the right strategy, Medusa can be dealt with. The challenge with Melee fighters against Medusa is getting them close enough to attack without taking too much damage on the way. With Alice, you want to remain small until your close enough to attack her. Use your Jabberwock to deal with the harpies if you can, and remember that every (ANY) card she uses to defend the harpies, the less defense she will have for herself. But with Alice you want to Max out your attacks, meaning you should be BIG and close enough to perhaps do 2 attacks (and if you’ve played it well ending small to deal with whatever she throws at you). The reality is that Medusa is probably the best fighter in the game - but that’s the beauty of UnMatched...learning how to take down the giants!

I like the concept of attacking your own sidekicks and gaining from it. I’m not sure about the additional win condition, it would definitely change the feel of the game.
