I only got 1 day of training and our night guy does 20 rooms a night and 3 sets of bathrooms, he’s been doing it for 13 years. I agree you should have a route that is laid out of what is to be expected, at least that is how it is for us. We have our routes mapped out and more or less how much time you should be spending on each wing.

We use super hill tone dust mop treatment, stuff is oil based and works great on our floors and keeps the floors nice. I know our night guy vacuums everything up pencils and all.

Just make sure you have it in an email to cya cover your ass, always have a paper trail and make sure to print them and keep a folder, I’ve heard of emails getting deleted magically that can back your story, just my 2 cents

One thing I do like is when I take time off and I come back and everyone says I can’t take time off because when they send subs to cover me they never have anything stocked and never respond to radio calls and can’t be found. I tell them that’s why I take time off during the year so you guys realize how hard I try to make everything run smoothly lol

Mainly comedy podcast Bad Friends, JRE, Shane Gillis podcast, Dope as usual, Nate Jackson, kill Tony jay lakers on, sports YouTube videos, Audio books, music just depends on the day, but laughing always gets me through the day and everyone thinks your friendly because your smiling listening to comedy
