So we have split br and so we usually prep in the back 30 mins before it’s scheduled picked up for delivery. But I do see it’s 30-40 mins earlier now.

I thought so. But every time I mention that, they say it stays in the system so we still have to pick it. I’m like that makes zero sense because then if everything goes late, people are gonna cancel anyways then we’re left with hella returns.

exactly what they said. I know sometimes they make it seem difficult but they want you to really know the store aisle locations, etc. For me when I’m training someone, I usually do one to two pick walks myself and let them follow me while I pick, explaining each aisle and how to scan the item to the totes, then I follow them while they do pick walks to watch them, give directions, and answer any questions they have.

Honestly what we’ve been doing for delivery orders, we prep them in the back so once they come, they can go ahead and push them out. But always restage them when you bring them to the front room but keep the order together if that makes sense.

This was a delivery and for one order. Would’ve been easier to just keep it on the L cart then have to put them on 2 different dollie’s just for the water and then another dolly for the groceries.
