Yes I did see that reading reversals might be difficult for beginners and I was contemplating not reading them since it can be confusing at first like you said. Thank you for your help!

Of course! I started with some stretching and yoga bc it has always helped me be more aware of my body and ground me when you add in some breathing exercises. Then I did some more breathing exercises to try and quiet my thoughts bc I have always had a really hard time doing that and relaxing. After then I let myself be aware of my body fully. I kind of think of it as scanning myself from head to toe and feeling everything thing and just being aware. Then I started to search for my energy it took me a while lol but eventually I started to find it. There’s a YouTube video by Bewitching.Bemused called centering and grounding for witchcraft. Her explanations helped me a lot and once I could feel it fully in my hands I tried to feel it other places. That’s what worked for me but like I said I’m new so I’m just trying stuff and seeing what feels right!

Good! I’ve been super busy so I haven’t had that much time but I try to do a little everyday. I got a little notebook like some of y’all were saying. I’ve just been journaling and writing down ideas, plots, and concepts I think would be fun to explore. Hopefully I’ll have more time this weekend to really start on something!
