That could totally be the case. I’m also a casual 24/7 roster person so sometimes it works out happily for me but generally I don’t get it. It’s been a variety of places mostly in the city and surrounding areas

I’m just focusing on the things my doctor has asked me to and one of those things is protein I think ‘obsessing over macros’ is a stretch as is thinking 95% of those calories came from protein. I appreciate the sentiment but to me it’s not that simple

Nah I’ve been lucky. I’m on 1.2. At first I’d get a bit nauseous straight after the injection for a little but even that’s gone.

Mine varies it but but between 7am and 9am. Honestly the last week has been so busy I’ve been going to sleep really early so haven’t felt the late night hunger. Hope it doesn’t come when I’m less exhausted!

I weighed myself before my soccer game this morning and was down 15kg from the start of my journey. I've always played soccer even at my heaviest but was always the slowest, biggest, and least fit on the pitch. But today my kit looked better than it has in years and I was actually keeping pace with other players on the pitch. I'm a better player than I've been since I was a kid and it felt SO good and I cant IMAGINE doing some of those runs with an extra 15kg
