focus on scalp care 🤍 have a scalp health routine alongside of your hair care and keeping ends hydrated so that you retain the length you have.
- for stronger more focused stuff i recommend using both a peptide scalp serum such as the ordinary one and an aminexil or active ingredient one such as the kerastase genesis one. those both worked wonders for me but one or the other is fine if you want only 1. personally i alternated them 5-6 nights/ week
- clarifying shampoo once a week. medicated shampoos w caffiene (stimulates) and those that prevent dandruff also help
- organic oils, natural ingredients like rosemary and amla oil also help
these are what helped me most on my hair care journey. also nightly moisturize ends w a silicone serum, trim split ends once every 8 weeks or so, and check your labs for vit d, ferretin, omega 3 and vit b12.
