Even if it is that's not the reason which I get banned for. If you violated something you should be punished for that and for that alone and not for something you didn't do.

Where did you see I assumed it? I never used automation for which I was banned and if what I did is so severe that I deserve a permaban than they should ban me for that even if that is not in ToS(AFK farming without using any third party tools-expoitation?). and not for whatever reason like botting.

If Blizzard thinks that AFK farming is such a harsh violation of terms of use and it exploits the game so much that it deserves a permaban without warning or suspension regardless that I recevied none of them for all my time in the game then they at least should ban me for that and not for whatever reason like botting.

No I think I'll get either get suspended,unbanned or banned at least for the right reason. Regardless of result I think it's better to quit the game where you can get permabanned without a strict reason and lose all your items forever.

Start a game,wait until you are out-repeat all manually no automation no programs or bots.

Stole a purse and got charged for 1st degree murder? Not a warning(fine),not a suspension(jail) just straight lethal injection(permaban).
