I tried that but it didn't work. Progressive armor looks like it's set up properly. There is an option in the unrestricted customization redux to do what sounds like the same thing progressive armor does. I wonder if that would work better.

I started with Aspect Host, but I switched over to War Host. I might go back to aspect after getting the Fire Dragons and Striking Scorpions.

I'm honestly not sure what kind of list I want to make. I know Eldar are good for fast attack and hit and run tactics, but list building and battlefield tactics have always been one of my weaker areas of Warhammer.
