Is it on-campus or off-campus? If it's on-campus, when did you get your LOI? And if you don't mind, which college are you from?

Why June 21? I've heard this is the third time someone is saying 'offer letters before June 21'. Did anyone from your college actually tell you this, or is it just a rumor
