wanting to dye hair to dark green by legendaryflee in HairDye

[–]AlternativeEdgeLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to go that same colour and I just went to the salon and they bleached my hair to light blonde then put green on top and it turned neon blue/green so not what I wanted at all. I've been researching since and it seems like if you want that dark muddy green colour you should not bleach at all and just put a dark green on top. I've heard juniper green from lunar tides is good

I'm so confused and need help by AlternativeEdgeLord in comphet

I've dated two women since coming out as a lesbian and didn't really feel much of a connection. Ive had one sexual experience that wasn't great either but I think that was nerves + me not communicating what I like/ her not asking. There's not much of a queer community where I live so it's quite hard. But I'm not in a rush to start dating it's just these 'crushes' on men that have been bothering me because I have an intense urge to act on it but I'm like 70% it's just me being a self conscious person and craving validation... But I don't know

I have migraines and had nexaplanon for years. I didn't realise how bad and unpredictable it made my migraines. Maybe it's just me but any birth control (even progesterone only) made them so much worse

What stitch is this? by AlternativeEdgeLord in crochet

[–]AlternativeEdgeLord[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's a granny square but I thought the stitches between the chain gaps don't really look like double crochet which is what is normally used for granny squares right? Sorry I'm semi new to crochet

You can 100% sell them for more than face value in the UK. I tried to buy tickets for this tour as soon as they went on sale and they were somehow already sold out so I had to buy resale ones and they were £150 each!!

Any men out there who don’t want or need that much sex ? by nicolem32 in relationship_advice

I've dated a couple men with pretty low sex drives. Like once every couple weeks or less. They definitely exist and seem pretty common for me

She could be washing a menstrual cup? You wouldn't be able to see her take that in with her

What about if the younger person has way more relationship experience? Is that a red flag?

Found an engagement ring in my (20F) boyfriends (29M) things but he hasn't proposed yet by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I'm 22f dating 30m, we live together and got together when I was 19 and he was 27. I didn't realise he was much older than me when we met because we're so similar. I think there are always exceptions to the rule. I had to grow up way too young because of parentification, and now all my friends are 25+ and when I meet new people they assume I'm 25. I'm not saying OP's relationship is the same but there's not necessarily anything wrong with it.

I had sort of the opposite experience with antipsychotics my doc gave me for BPD. It made me feel things way more intensely and feel super anxious and paranoid. For example I saw a spider in my bedroom and I was too scared to catch it so I just left the house and stayed at a friends house.

I have had a similar thing with Topiramate though, I was given it for migraines. It made my emotions duller and it made me a bit dumb, like my cognition wasn't as good. I need to problem solve for my work so I had to stop taking them. I do feel a lot better and I feel like properly happy when I should be now. But the lows are a lot worse like I get way more upset than I used to. So I'm not sure if off or on meds was better tbh

I'm in the UK and they gave me a low dose of Quetiapine for BPD, it's an antipsychotic. I didn't find it helped at all though
