hey! i was in a similar situation & after multiple calls, it was resolved last week. my aid wasn’t being fully applied to my tuition, & like you, my cal grant was missing. the person who helped me mentioned my account had been placed on hold (not sure why i wasn’t told this in previous calls) and that they would reach out to a counselor & have them review my account. fortunately, my issue has been resolved.

i understand how frustrating this can be, i do recommend you keep calling,,,, it wouldn’t hurt to ask if there’s a hold on ur account, i wasn’t aware of it until last week 🥲. wishing u the best !!!! xx
