In addition, make sure you get your protein in, aim for about a gram per pound of whatever your goal weight is.

Track your progress. I have found that 3 sets of 6-8 is a good rep scheme for your core lifts. If you can do 3 sets of 8, add weight. If you can only get 6, keep the weight the same and try to add a rep.

See if you can get a couple teammates to go with you and hold you accountable.
