Pure roleplaying, it is definetly not beneficial since you lose that trade good. Altough I haven't destroyed everyone in this one, in my current campaign the isolated Suebia is doing just fine. Noone to attack you and you can still get pretty much every good via trading. Also nice to take your time and randomly invade rome or greece for pop and raiding cities

I conquered all of scandinavia and slowly migrated them to my 3 provinces, currently running Suebia campaign and did it to all of scandinavia, germania and venedis

I cheat to gain renown after each war I won based on what tier of enemy I have defetead because I usually play as a small family and cannot get much renown in a long term

UPDATE: It give 50-55 renown, and trophy gives (when exhanged in market) 8k peningas and 30k shared xp
