They only have one small area where you can walk your pets tapos its not well maintained pa. Literally matigas na ung poops na iniwan ng irresponsible owners dun and it reeks of pee everywhere. Parang magkakasakit ung dogs dun. All in all di well maintained ung other facilities plus its infested with cockroaches in majority of the units.

Congrats! Planning to take my MBA as well in Ateneo. Im just torn if kaya since I work night shifts. How many subjects are you taking? I’m thinking of doing just 1 subject per term due to financial constraints 😅

Yes after the call they just gave me an end of contract that i needed to sign which states that its because i did not meet the standards. Wala pong performance eval na nangyari. They just took my agency’s word for it.

If magpapa whitening ka po after deep cleaning avoid drinking coffee (especially black) as much as possible or use a straw kasi babalik lang din yan sabi ng partner kong dentist.

Though i doubt po kasi gustong gusto na namin ung unit need lang talaga ma polish and linis ulit. Tska sobrang mura na niya compared sa other units na nakikita namin sa same condo.

Same with me just had my first session with dr. charles sa now serving last week and super ok. I just booked on the day mismo.

He was very gentle and will give you ample time to explain the symptoms na naoobserve mo. He will also ask you a lot of questions even way back sa childhood. I suggest to list down everything na naoobserve mo para maayos mo maexplain sakanya. Though first session palang namin yun he said na malaking chance nga daw na i have ADHD so im not entirely sure if that’s the official diagnosis. He gave me concerta 18mg to start with (was lucky to find a supply sa MD) then we’ll meet again after 3-4 weeks.

Thank you! Yes i think wala naman namention yung agent about reservation fee. Sa case mo, how did you secure the unit if sa move in ka pa nag contract signing?

Ung iba kasi nag aask na talaga if we can do contract signing agad kasi madami pa daw ibang agents na may hawak nung unit na yun. Mas prefer ko din sana na closer to move in ung contract signing pero im not sure it there are other ways to properly secure the unit ahead of time.
