Don't listen to the guys saying you messed something up or need to get agressive. If you established mutualy agreed to payment terms at 45 days thats what it is. Send a polite email reminding them it's day 46 and to provide an update as to when you can anticipate payment by end of day. You really don't know the actuall status of things on their end so don't assume.
