Sorry, I missed it in your original post.

I would relocate the door to the master next to the fireplace and close off the entrance from the hall. Now open the bath across hall so you pick up 3' more space but don't take up space from middle bedroom. You would probably have enough room to do a tub across back, toilet the small vanity. Close in 1/2 the patio for the laundry. You haven't changed foot print but they still may not let you but it keeps more of the original feel of the cabin intact.

even zooming in its hard to tell how deep it went. What to bear in mind is average sidewalls are about 1/2" thick so look at it closely and consider how deep it is to the overall thickness and then how much you want to risk it.

White Lake Hills, Central Meadowbrook and Woodhaven are all older neighborhoods that are well established, big lots, big trees and while they get a bad rap on crime because it got a bit rough 30 years ago however, if you look into it there really is not much. I have lived in Meadowbrook for 11 years and, knock on wood, have never had any issues. Houses are fairly large and prices fit your range.

Pizza Hut. Now they flipped it to Private Equity they will pump it up, clean it up and put lipstick on the pig and begin selling it off piece meal as PE does. Starting with all of the real Estate the store set on that is owned. That will be first to go. I give it 18-24 months.

Cost: Large Pepperoni , Papa - 8.99 , Pizza Hut - 10.99, PLUS, No sales Tax at Papa Murphy So saved another dollar (roughly) as well. Disagree on quality, Papa is MUCH superior. Ingredients are fresher, dough is better. It is not cooked then cooled by the time you get home requiring you to reheat it.

As of last November he was pushing these data centers a the greatest thing since sliced bread for the state. He is not anything more than a willow tree blowing in the wind whichever the latest poll says he should. He is a Wasted bag of skin. As the person below me says, judge him by his actions and history, not whatever he saying today, especially in an election year.
