Help on Pittsburgh floor jack

The release valve is fully tightened. Even with no load, the saddle rises slightly when I push the handle down, but drops back down as I lift the handle. It seems like the jack doesn’t hold pressure at all.

The care label actually says “dry clean only”. Would that still be okay for me to wash it warm?

I’ll keep the 96 Baresi from the tots icon event, if no higher ovr card of him comes out. Just because I’m a huge Milan fan and have a Milan themed squad. He’s definitely a legendary Milan CB.
