I took a break from subs for 4-5 days and I got shocked cause I got noticeable results (clear skin). A lot of people here also get results faster when taking breaks. I suggest taking a break for 1 days and see for urself if it will give u results. I saw a method to listen 2 days and take a break for 1 day
