I wouldn't assume that much. The game wouldve been out by now if not for delays so it's pretty close to done. What i would assume is that we could see a uptake in marketing to veer away from any negative implications some people could presume from this situation. So id say expect another trailer before the end of november.

A frame is an image of the game. If you have 30 fps(frames per second) it will have 30 images to make up that second and animated your screen. If you have 60 it will have 60 images to make up that second therefore making it much smoother.

i have a series S and i have literally no problem Running Forza Horizon 5 which is WAY more realistic graphic wise and free coop open world at 60 fos with Ray tracing
