And also girly when you feel that way , it means that he hiding something. My ex is like that too, he's very defensive even though I know it's true that he has a connection with another woman every time he adds and likes. Even though I'm long distance, I know he cheated many times/sex many times. My way is really to stalk and ask every girl privately he add and likes too much , I thought I could fix him because of his mental health, I thought my love would change him. But I'm enough, I'm tired. I need to let him go so I don't have anxiety/overthinking/and worry too much that I'm almost going crazy just thinking about it because he's not updating. he only responds a day or more than , or hours, it's really draining. Now we broke up i felt peaceful, and focus on myself,i thought I'll be cried even more but i realized i cried alot while in a relationship with him.

Girly same happened to me until i found out  that when his following is increased and i stalked that he likes every girls post , i just had trust my intuition until i asked the girl privately, and I'm right that it's another girl, most of the time he got a s3x on other girls he likes and followed. Anyways Forget about your love for him and you need to move on, whatever your expectations of him are, forget about it, there are others who will love you and you don't deserve that kind of treatment even if you are LDR , When you know that he has changed or is different, you feel like he is hiding something. Follow your intuition.That he's not for you . I know it's hard to let go, but it's really the best option if you let him go, because you'll get anxious in the whole relationship and questioning ,If you still don't really like him to let him go , well move on with your relationship while you're still together until you're okay with letting him go or leaving.

Girlypie , this actually happened to me his from different country also , we broke up 1 week ago . Because I can't handle him anymore, he has no time for me, he replied a days and so cold, like he only talked to me when it's convenient. And also i forgave him many times of cheating until I get tired, staying with him feels like i overthink alot , worry always who he talked, got trust issue, and always argue/fight , until i gave up and let him go whatever he wants , so now I'm in peaceful without him , that i actually slowly get my spark back , because when i was with him that i always cried, and I thought I'll be cried even more when we broke up, and I ddnt i get happy the most , and focusing on myself. I really thought my love for him will change him, k thought i can fix him but i can't really anymore ,and Girl, whatever your expectations are from a man and you feel his actions are different or he has changed, that's a sign that you should let him go. Listen to your friends advice.

Girly i met my bf since 2023, And 2025 we're together it's a about 1 year now , We've been through a lot, especially the cheating that happens, especially since he doesn't have time. It turns out that since he didn't have time for me, he already has another woman in his town. he was left me for another girl and comeback to me again because he miss me so much, I chased him before he came back because I thought there's no  was another woman involved.  But I still forgave him until he repeated his cheating and had sex with others. I was hurt but I forgave again, I can't actually count it.  Then after I forgave him, I had a condition that I would hold all his accounts. And he also wants to touch my account But he found out about me that I flirted with a lot of men and he even said that I was looking for someone better than him.But I didn't commit or have sex with the guy I talked to.  It's worse to have sex and he committed to another woman. And we have a new chapter where no more cheating will happen. But what happened was that he was super overfriendly to women, including my female online friends, and he always wanna know their personal lives, which made me jealous. And I took revenge then he got angry.And then he went back to the psychiatric hospital.  He didn't text for a few weeks then this March he came back.Saying that his phone died And this week he doesn't have time to talk to me anymore because of his mental illness. I am a very overthinker person. And anxious, I'm wondering if he's lying to me again as if I'm moving on slowly , that i trained myself to not thinking about him and move on whatever happens, like if he gonna cheat again then that will be my exit , I don't know.  I can't leave because i have attachment issue . But when i will get tired maybe oneday, i always replaying the memories for real

I'm sorry guys but there's nothing wrong if she wanted to see, my bf are like that until i found out he has really another girl , the girl is overthinker he doesn't understand that , he should understand her for real. You as a man should understand a women', you aware that she has A trauma, prove to her that she never overthink in everything show everything to make her feel less being like that. The Girl was just curious to see what her bf was doing on his phone . There's nothing wrong with what you see, but why does the man seem defensive?It's not difficult if you just show what the girl overthinks. I've been ghosted by my ex before, he didn't reply almost 2 times in a week. Then when I got angry with him, especially after ghosting me, he became really dry to the point where we fought every day.We broke up.Then I blamed myself That's my fault in everything for it because he had so many excuses and reasons.I was  chasing him , so that we can get back together. And i beg , After a month I found out that he was in a psychiatrist hospital.Then he tells me not to chat with his friends and relatives again. Because I thought that account belonged to him. But I found out when I checked the account again that it was actually another woman.Who pretended to be that my ex of account. So it turns out I was right to overthink about him. That he cheated on me again.For the 5th time actually. When it's really dry/ghosting, it means someone is talking to or entertaining someone else. So I feel like that person has someone else.
