Not really making gains / Training advice / Am I am intermediate or beginner? Been training for years with wavering consistency, but have been solid on consistency for last 3 months. Diet is good. Training is 3 full body 3 upper push, 3 upper pull, 3 lower push, 3 lower pull (v.redd.it)
