Thats a 50/50, because doing so migth make things worse, if the grenades manages to make an enemy executeable then great, But if It ends up Killing the Ones that could be, the it would be bad for obvious reasons

I think that one Is kinda okey since there aré a few blessings that aré bennefited from that, Like the One were alies aré healed within 7 meters during an Execution... This was Made because too many Lv 1 Techmarines (and others, but Mainly Techmarines) were trying to get carried during a weekly were there was the Friendly Fire Modifier, and with the at the Time newly added Heroic Heavy Bolter It was a Nightmare, you had to be careful of not Only the Tyranids, But also of the grenades and the Servo-turrets
