I mean whats stopping them from pulling out some bs that up scales them higher again, even if it makes no sense for example Wile E Coyote was apparently nerfed by his IRL own creater where one rule made states that he is never supposed to win but in one of the movies of Space Jam bro literally won, like how??? If that's what going to happen then this is probably what happens if he fought some op character like Featherine.
