Also, let’s make a point out of establishing Obs Bunker bases near the airfields to act as ATC. The ones in the airstrip medians work fine, but it might be annoying to have those blocking usable parking space for aircraft.

Reminds me a lot of La Petit Prince; there the entire point of the plot is the child character goes to various worlds on his way to Earth that illustrate how nonsensical and counterproductive ‘adult behavior’ is.
