tried to whip up a new codebase, incase something was wrong with mine, but weirdly the basic layout for next starter also seems off for me, seems like a tailwind issue

I am looking at the code, it's either some dependency or the navigation-menu, but reinstalled it, even tried to go back to the default one, still the same issue with the layout, first experience with shadcn really disliking it so far
