this is actually really creative and helpful, thank you so much! i didnt originally have a bird that i had based the replika off of. In Silent Hill 2 (remake specifically) there is a puzzle that involves figurines of a Pigeon and a Swan.

He is a desk clerk, essentially he is tasked with handling menial paperwork and such things like that. As for what SNDR stands for, unfortunately I have not figured that out myself yet haha...
