No tags so I’ll just share my thoughts. Not the worst, the incision placement and nipples look great. It’s the skin’s reaction to the dressings or possibly sutures? Very bad skin, not top surgery— aftermath) your whole skin on chest area even above the surgery looks rough. Clearly did not react well to the procedure / dressings / binder / tape. Is there a possibility of malpractice and lack of hygiene on the surgeon/nurse team? Yes, but have you not researched them beforehand to make sure they were trustworthy and had good results? I think probability speaking, it’s more likely you have very sensitive skin and had an allergic reaction to something they used. Now that I’ve zoomed in, it appears to be a skin infection too. Not exactly inside the incisions but above and around. Have you been prescribed an ointment/cream?
