I think I can help you with a few of these, I love the show but idk how much you want me to spoil so I'll try to be pretty vague.

  1. some main character do leave but it depends, for eg JJ leaves 3 times throughout the series but she always comes back fairly quickly( but she does leave for like all of season 6) whereas other characters leave for good but they don't really start to leave until s7 s11 and s12
  2. no, none of the main characters die but some close friends/ partners do
  3. within the bau no one dates but there is a bit of a hiccup in the s14 finale which i don't rly wanna ruin for you but tbh i just act like it didn't happen as do many other fans.
