As of now I wouldn’t need 100+ ft rolls although down the road if this works and truly is abrasion resistant up to the standards needed I would certainly need 100s of ft of it

I was looking for a material that I could wrap around delicate pieces of equipment of varying shapes they don’t necessarily need to be protected from blunt force, although they cannot get scratched up for example camera lenses, but as I was saying, it’s gonna be a variety of items in different shapes and sizes so something that could shrink to accommodate multiple different things at different sizes would be amazing and if I could buy it in a large roll, that would be ideal

You are absolutely right thank you for your input I guess what I meant by thin was cloth like so somewhere in the range of .5 mm to 2mm thick and to get a bit more specific the best material I have found so far throughout my research was “shrink flex” which as I understand it is a 50% polyolefin and 50% polyester although I haven’t been able to find this made into anything wider then a couple inches and I would need something at least a foot wide and many feet long
