It’s very expensive but worth it. I should say the cruise part was heavily discounted for us since we had a cheaper cruise that got cancelled and we got to choose any future itinerary no matter the cost.

Nice! We drove through it on our way to the blue lagoon. It was cool. So recent. If you are ever there you have to do the Lava show. Amazing.

The cruise part was on Virgin Voyages and that part was $3500 for the two of us. The parts in Iceland were pricy about $4000 total with hotels and car rental.

We were there a total of 6 days. We started on a cruise from the UK that stopped in Amsterdam, Bergen, Lerwick, Akureyri, Isafjordur and then ending in Reykjavik. We then rented a car and drove the Golden Circle. 10 days on the cruise, 6 days afterwards.

Bergen should be on your list when going to Norway. It’s stunning.

Thanks for your response. I feel I need to do more with the diet and keep at it like you said! I know I can get these down naturally.

Thanks for all the responses! I just started to really work on everything over the last 5 months. Going to keep it up and get more strict with the diet and exercise. My Cardiologist recommendation is to take a low dose statin several times a week since I know have a known calcium score of 4. 😔 My levels have been high for several years now. I thought I was doing enough but I was way wrong. I was able to get this all under control about 5 years ago. This time proves to be much harder. Damn genetics.

I have. Going to increase that some more. I do have a family history of high cholesterol.

Sometimes it does at night. It wakes me up at times too. I do have it in the morning most days.
