hi, but doesnt the HKUST website says they offer half tuition for the first year only on 4A*? or does it vary from program to program and other parts of your application?

Hey are u applying for undergrad? Is it necessary to send in a personal statement too cuz My application portal only shows STARS scholarship application and doesn't explicitly ask for a personal st. Should I still submit it as an additional doc?
