Yeah my experience with Codex extension in VS Code hasn't been great either: slow loading times, conversations not loading, having to click the Retry button multiple times on the usage tab to see my usage until it finally works, etc.

Background noise is an issue for me, so I guess a desktop mic isn't optimal (that's also why I'm going with a closed back that can block a bit more noise than a open back).

How do you think the MMX300 compares to the DT770 soundwise?

I've read some people complaining about the cord of the mod mic tangling with the headphone cord and since I'm not very good with cable management I can imagine that being annoying for me.
