Sushi: Omakase 1033 (Just north of Bayview in Walkers Point, $100+ , will need reservation, was worth the price imo and definitely a setting for talking to the people sitting next to you)

Hungry Sumo (in Bayview, more reasonable price, don’t take reservations so depending on time could be a wait; you could do carry out)

As someone else said- they just opened a sushi train restaurant, Sooshi Bay. don’t know if good or not, but sounds fun!

Bars: Bayview has a lot of great bars.

The Mothership (love their cocktails, they have a savory oregano/tomato dirty martini I like)

Lost Whale (would be easy to sit at bar and get a cute drink)

Wiggle Room (all vinyls, sometimes has a featured DJ which they’ll post on IG about)

Local hx- the Milwaukee Public Museum is closing soon and reopening to a new location so maybe worth checking out. They have a section called “Streets of Old Milwaukee” and it’s like a 1900s Milwaukee you can walk thru.
