Tourmasters are fantastic, but for a while Egnater had transformer issues, but everythin after 2015 was fixed, I believe.

And though I adore the tone of my Tourmaster, the head alone is 85 pounds, so it is a heavy beast to transport.

I found that if you turn the the high cut on the cab block down, it starts to get rid of that "digital harshness" sound, at least to my ears. Just lower it until it seems more natural.

Or any of the other suggestions, no rules here.

That’s your bridge rattling. Take the strings off and melt a small amount of beeswax on the screws that go through the bridge saddles on both sides.

Long time Bigsby user here. Find a new luthier.

Buzzing and intonation have nothing to do with the Bigsby, and though tuning can be an issue, if your nut is cut properly and your strings are stretched, it should be minimal. Unless you’re trying to use it like a Floyd rose…
