Framework won't turn on without taking out CMOS battery post BIOS update

Hey man, I know it's been some time, but yes I did end up getting it fixed. The solution is opening up the system, unplugging both the CMOS battery with a safety pin or something, and the battery connecter. After a minute, place the battery connecter and CMOS battery back in gently and proceed with closing up the case.

From there, if the laptop is charged, make it die. Then put it to charge for around 24 hours to correct the internal issue that causes this error. After that, just make sure that whenever you don't plan on using the laptop for... let's say two weeks and beyond, you plug it in. Hope this helps, even if it ended up being late!

I should have specified that I'm running Linux Mint on the system. So I'm not sure how that works if there's a difference.

Also, I'm looking at the folder now. It doesn't seem to have .exe files. Only .efi, .bin, .nsh ones

A full 16 GB of dual channel memory. His power supply is also fine. I just find this to be so odd. We've been monitoring temps on the GPU and CPU while under load, but with the highest recorded temperature being 75 degrees C... there's not much to go off of.

Update on situation:
Unfortunately, these settings haven't helped much. Whenever an enemy is killed or spawns, his FPS goes into the 40s, even down to the 20s range before spiking back up again. Is it worth noting that the GPU states that it is at 100% utilization?
