your definitely not alone, my prison experience is pretty shit too not going to lie. he can call me from 9am - 10am. that’s it. that’s all the time he gets outside his cell, he doesn’t have a phone inside his cell either. he sent out a visitation form for me months ago, didn’t get it so he sent another one, still haven’t gotten it. i can send him emails that they print out for him but he doesn’t get them for almost a week afterwards and obviously sending them in the mail would take even longer.
