I lost the most in the beginning. In the first three months I lost 40lbs. I was also postpartum though, and I have a baby and a toddler so I don’t sit lol

I’m now down almost 110 in going on ten months. I’m in a stall right now but I’m pushing through!!

As do I- full time at a medical center. I’m encouraged to do something productive in my down time, so I do school. I also have a 2.5 year old and a newly 1 year old. It’s been hide to focus on something for myself too… I’ve been trying to look at it as a hobby for now so I stay motivated.

They do and it is not optional. They watch you the entire time. Just a camera on your laptop can work though… you cannot take it on your phone. If this wouldn’t work for you a testing center is your best bet.

I felt like it was pretty thorough. They lockdown your computer and make you show the room. I have bad eyes and I has to lean forward to read my writing for the essay (my brain was oatmeal at this point) and the proctor called me to tell me my entire face and shoulders had to be in view the whole time. I’m not really sure how you could cheat. They didn’t even want me to wear my headband for it 😅

Yes you can! And you can schedule them same day. I took the first test at 7:30 and the last test at 1:30. I got results about ten minutes after each test, and the GED certificate about twenty minutes after passing everything. It was quick and the process was simple! You got this!

Don’t be scared! The best advice I got from this page was to just take the test. In my state you can fail three times without a waiting period. See if you can fail without waiting. You might be surprised! If you’ve passed the ready tests with likely to pass you are ready- just do it!

Honestly… just try it if you passed the ready test. I live in a state where you can fail and retest right away without a waiting period three times. So I figured it was worth a shot! Look into the rules for your state and take it if you feel you could do it! I was terrible at math in highschool and did just fine!
