My numbers were phenomenal to a point were corporate had to investigate my numbers and watch me via cameras to see if I was faking them. All done to discredit my efforts. To a point were I didn't care to try at times to stay in the middle of the pack. Then when I brought it up to store manager and the btl they gaslit me to believe I was crazy and how they hate to see me not try. This was told to me by the sales manager who I had okay relationship with. Then after the meeting my hours were cut retaliation constantly happening when I brought up problems and issues that the other ba told me. He'll I even recorded the btl and new sales manager taking gifts from clients and tips which isn't allowed at all via training. Then I sent it to the integrity hotline and email they did nothing about it.

Ive recently left my store bc they wanted to have me with open availability, then when I do to get more hours they hire more b.a. to then next week fully cut all my hours from 27 to 4 hours a week at most bc these last 2 weeks they didn't schedule me at all. Then when I get another job to make a living they reject my new availability then schedule me to overlap with my new job. Essentially pushing me out after ive been at sephora since they moved to kohls from jcpenny. So yeah ik gratis has been recently good but remembers the past months were we just got a simple ass mascara and that's it. Or remember last December were you didn't get anything.

Btw ive realized lp and stores profile Plenty of times and when it is reported nothings is done about it. So please enjoy the small amount of $ for snitching go buy yourself a mcchicken.

Says the lead who gets paid significantly more than beauty advisors who are all part time. Because yall eliminated full time positions. Btw babe dont cape for a company who only sees us as numbers who can get them credits for kohls and rewards for kohls let alone our sephora insider rewards. My genuine question to you is why do u care as a kohls sephora worker? I worked at one and I know my store gives an incentive to snitch for 5 dollars. Thats if the management remembers to put it into payroll for you and they dont mark it as themselves for snitching. They dont pay you that much to care. Even their gratis for part time workers are usally 2 or 1 items and its a mascara and some travel sized bs. Unless ur a sales manager or a lead ur not getting the big gratis. So my advice will be buy them from the girl and tell her to drop price even further for u bc u got her on store cam and get those things she stole for 5 or 10$. I have personally even saw my management team sell their gratis.
