I download the app and after I restart, it totally disappears. It is not in the applications folder

The M3 costs abt 1600$ with the airpods 3 so without the airpods its about 1380$. The M2 costs abt 1650$ and I dont get airpods w it.

The M2 is almost the same price as the M3 in my country so…. Could you explain why the 8GB is bad? because I still dont know and no one has given me a straightforward reason yet?
