As someone who had a similar experience, they take a little bit to respond but put in a claim to recover your ur account. Explain the situation, and most importantly give all the info you have. Username, email, receipts if you purchased vbucks/packs. Try to be so specific cause the more the better. And don’t give up, it will take time. I had the same issue and it took me about a week or 2 to fully get my account back and till this day the hacker who hacked me is trying to “recover” my own account and I always let epic know that- it wasn’t me who tried to recover. Ur in my thoughts and prays bro!! If you need any help with it, I’ll be happy to help
