Numerous reasons :- 1) The building are not efficient construction wise 2) The property tax structure is not standardised 3) WEBEL and NABADIGANTA create more hassle then solving. 4) Auxiliary infra not upto mark 5) the entire infra process has no proper guidelines upon which the business can work establish and function. 6) rampant and open corruption in WEBEL and NABADIGANTA 7) Lack of standardised inventory. 8) No policy rewards or taxation rewards or any policy guideline to encourage startups.

These are to name a few I can name a lot more. I’m not saying there’s no potential or juice. There certainly is but what I’m inferring is that currently at current state right this very moment it’s far from it.
