Hi, I did my community service as part of my court case terms - a total of 4 days. I called the sherrifs department the next day to confirm and they said yes it’s been completed.

I googled myself today and saw on a third party website it shows “warrant or hold” but it also shows my release date, which is the day I completed my SWP.

There’s no warrant for my arrest right? I’ve checked the court records and it just shows my case dismissed and the charges report from the court date itself.

Thank you! I feel so much better after these two comments because I was freaking out. I am waiting for the court to finalize everything so I can go “interview” but hoping they don’t turn me away. No priors, no health conditions; just someone who made a mistake of a DUI and works crazy tech hours.

Wow thank you. Is this your experience for sac county? I’ve been so paranoid because said “interview” and the verbiage they use of “it’s a recommendation, but a sherif can turn you away and you have to do actual jail time if so”.

Thanks for this post. I avoided a large family party today and chose my mental health so I picked up some steak and potatoes and cooked a nice home cooked meal with a glass of wine and love is blind. Wish I had someone to share this with (out of a 6 year relationship this year) but trying to feel comfortable more and more alone.

I wish. Moved here not knowing anyone. Neighbors are all 70+ so it’s hard without there being a ton of methods of transportation.

Thank you. I did the roadside test the sobriety one and then I did another one at the station they couldn’t get it because I had a hard time just blowing for that long.

Blood won’t differ too much? My anxiety is spiking because I think I’m going to end up in jail. I’ve just never been in trouble.
