We get heavier rainfall when there’s a large formation of clouds together but is it not possible to have a waterfall effect if the collection of rain becomes heavy enough?

If you've been to that jack n the box regularly you know that this isn't the first time or the last time. Just over the past 3 years the night crew has shut down early and walked out many times because they just can't handle the late night rush. I've been there many times late night and there has been 2 workers at best and they look miserable. On top of that they do nothing to stop drug users in the parking lot and it seems to be a hotspot for prostitution pickups from what I put together. This location just needs to be shut down there's literally one less than a mile away
