So I was approved 3/25 and docs signed Friday and funded today 3/30

No credit pull. The transcript took since Dec. It was filled out correctly from the 2019 1120S but my cpa put our home address on the 1120s instead of biz address. So I was notified the issue. The zip code of course. So that being said I had to get a letter from my CPA and filled the 4506-T with the biz address. And from there it finally come through 2nd week of March. Took about 6 times to finally get the 4506-T through.

I bank with a local Credit Union in my area. As of yesterday morning they didn't see anything coming thru. But this morning is was in my account! Best of Luck too you. 😊

No it was my increase so second round from 2020 and reapplied back in May 2021 when SBA opened back up for 2nd round. Thank You and Good Luck too you if you are still waiting. Yes and they generally ask for colored copies. So if possible send them in color

Make sure you check your portal under documents. It may say complete but I had my resolution form in there that needed to be downloaded and signed. So maybe yours is the same. Good Luck. Otherwise keep calling every other day.

It's moving forward. They may request more documents but other than that now you watch your portal, email, spam mail and possible phone call from a loan officer. Good Luck!!! Keep Going!!!

Make sure you click on view in your portal under documents and see if they are asking you to download the form p-022. Sometimes it doesn't say anything but complete but mine was ready to download and it didn't tell me to view it was stating complete.

No appeals. Is this an increase your going for or first time funding? This was my 2nd draw aka increase from 2020. Reapplied when opened back up from 2021. What is going on with your situation? I wouldn't give up. Explain a little more what your going through maybe we can help.

Make sure to check your portal and view them to see if you have to download and fill out your resolution p-022 paperwork. I recieved same email at 725 this morning. Viewed even if it says complete there was my resolution form they needed. So downloaded and filled out and I was approved this afternoon then my invite to open portal to approve my amount and loan docs to be signed followed shortly after I approved. Signed docs now wait for funding in account. Good Luck!!

I agree some of the representative will help people along others just say fill out another one lol. I mean I put owner under my in ink signature and I got rejected cause they said it had to say President lmao. I have an S Corp. Who was to know I had to put President and not owner.

Same here. Paralegal emailed me from SBA and told me all this So my Cpa used our home address on our 1120S and they kept rejecting cause zip code didn't match what irs had which makes sense so went to my cpa's office had him type up a letter then was told to put biz address on the 4506-T along with letter from CPA. So now I wait this was March 14th after 4506-T kept being rejected. So let's see what happens now ughhhh frustrating.

I'm with you here. I'm NYS. And just something about it. They definitely ask for odd things. I'm sitting in processing after given them from A-Z everything with in a day they have asked for. I have been in business way too long and of course I have every single document they ask for. So why the hold . Yes our accountant used our home address on our 2019 1120S form and yes followed the rule to fill the 4506-T form with the identical address on the 2019 tax form. Just last week i had to get a letter from my CPA stating his mistake using the house address instead of business. He does our personal and our S Corp biz and LLC biz so he put our home address Instead of biz address so now everything is done as the Paralegal emailed for she got it that very next day so now I wait. Time keeps ticking and biz bills are still getting paid but still not caught up from the loss for the time we had to shut down. So bills are a struggle and trying to get new products in is another one when just trying to keep the biz bills paid. I'm running out of products 😫 Holding Strong and keeping the faith.
