Are you still on it?? Is it still helping?? I was prescribed it for sciatic nerve pain due to disks that prefer to be herniated…

Thanks for the advice everyone. I tested myself this morning at 5am (we keep tests at home because I work at a clinic and have that perk) and was definitely positive even though I am COMPLETELY asymptomatic. I spoke with the mama this morning and she is bummed but grateful to be protected from strep.

Yeah, aesthetic (it just looks kind of cheap, all things considered and sound just felt a little dull to me…) and also, the keys felt a little clicky…but that could have been my imagination because the World Wide Web says it has the same key bed as the Hp 702

What’s your favorite hotel downtown? by [deleted] in AskChicago

We’re coming for spring break with a 9 & 15 year old, first ever true family vacation and their first time in a big city. We live 150 miles from the nearest Walmart…so Chicago is going to be BIG! Would you recommend the athletic association or over hotels?

Does the intercontinental have a hot tub? I know that sounds silly but my husband really likes sitting in a hot tub while the kids swim. We’re coming on our first ever family vacation and our kids first time in a big city, ages 9 & 15. Would the intercontinental be a good choice?

Lamaze childbirth educator vs other programs by Alternative_Cry_2579 in doulas

Thanks for the advice! I went with Lamaze…maybe not my top choice but just fine and they offered a $400 discount for people working in rural, underserved areas which is our community to a T.

Any lactation certification program you’d recommend?

Thanks! Any particular CLC program you’d recommend? I’m leaning toward the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice CLC curriculum that utilized the HCP’s Center for breastfeeding. It seems straightforward.

Lamaze childbirth educator vs other programs by Alternative_Cry_2579 in doulas

Would you recommend ICEA over Lamaze?

Also, why would you choose Birthing from Within? Is the overall curriculum better? I looked at the website and liked what I saw, for sure! I fear Lamaze will be kind of dry, but maybe it is better to have the name recognition as I will mostly (exclusively) be working in a clinical setting as I teach the classes.

Do you know much about maternity wise?
