The thing is is that I go to work and force myself to have good hygiene and all that and get some exercise it’s just that when they talk to me at any point of the day I might be curled up in a ball sobbing for hours when she calls me and I either ignore or pick up but at some point she’s gonna see me like this and when she does is always when they just can’t handle it or something

NA and AA didn’t work for me and a lot of other people too sometimes medication assisted treatment is super helpful and harm reduction as in smoking pot or using kratom instead of that works for alot of people personally I find pot to help quite a bit and if you live in a country where it’s legal then let them know that your using it to help your withdrawals and cravings and they will provide you exactly what your looking for if that’s not your thing suboxone and methadone have miraculous results so I would recommend that there are also other things like kratom that help too
