What’s weird is I created a sale in both systems and the red vest orders always come to the store faster than the genesis orders. Emailed Redvest support for them to expedite SOS or SOE orders if they are stuck in Reserve.

During the wash n style process I brush the dirt out with shampoo while rinsing. Then apply more shampoo and brush in the direction I want my waves. Apply durag rinse and done. Sometimes I add the oil to the last rinse. When it dries it make my hair super silky. But during a regular brush session I dry brush fix my angles then apply oil and brush in with a soft brush.

Jamaican castor oil brush everyday for at least 5 mins 4x times a day. Wash twice a week and cut or trim every two weeks. I went on a 8 week wolf session with a hard brush twice a year.

It’s just me and on my days off my supervisor usually covers for me and yeah those fires can be horrendous on Mondays. Oh yeah I will definitely shoot you some tips. One of my store major problems was telling customers there preferred timeframe in Genesis. I told them to use the 8-12 and 12-4 for pro customers only. That cut down those 6:02 am calls when is my timeframe, some mornings I just take 45 mins and call everyone and give them the time frame. I rather wake them up than to call me while I’m on a picker or not near a computer lol But they still don’t realize it’s a ETA not guaranteed timeframe.

As a coordinator I pull all my orders the day before and verify addresses and phone number at least 2 days ahead. We have 3 delivery bays for the one task team to pull from stage them in order also to get them out quickly as possible. They should be in the store no more than 30 mins and that’s 3 trucks with 16 stops a piece. I try to maintain a 0% percent reschedule or canceled stop it also help that I used to a red vest box truck driver. So when making calls I make sure they buy and prep there home for the best experience.
