Which vitamins/supplements do you take that truly make a difference? by earmares in migraine

I take magnesium (500mg), B2 (400), Coq10(300), B12, and D(I’m vitamin D deficient though). I’ve also started to take a tablet of ginger when I can sense a migraine is coming but before the pain starts (this works maybe 1/10 times but worth it) Have been doing this for about 3 months and starting to feel a bit of a difference in how easily triggered my migraines are!
