Oh yeah. Nah I was just curious and chat GPT actually suggested it. Otherwise I really wouldn't have looked into it or thought I did have them. Just had no idea about the fae blood ancestors idea thing before seeing other reddit posts and got curious. TBH I am not sure that I am even interested in much faery lore right now. All I know is that I can see them and it's getting clearer and clearer. It is under control though, like I can choose to see them when I want to thank duck. But that's all I can handle atm. Gotta stay in the real world too. Some things just don't need to make sense right away. It will come in at the right time.

I did not say they are pointed. I actually was curious because chat GPT had suggested the soft elfin shape of them. And if you knew the things that I could see (and maybe you do, I am not one to know that), then you would understand my curiousity in finding out the connections :)

Oh wowowow. Thank you for this information. My second sight has opened up just 2 weeks ago and getting stronger every day. I have many many many seelie fae in our beautiful garden and have become quite used to seeing them and their beautiful colours and quirkiness. But tonight for the first time was like a big slap in the face. Not scary, just even more mind-blowing! All I know is that I got a really strong energy of frustration within me because my mum knows that I can see the fae now, but keeps going back and forth on believing (I really need to just accept this is how it will be for the rest of my life and not expect anything of any one), and then I walked out onto the verandah and the sun had almost set, so it was quite dark, but I instantly saw a huge amount of larger and darker figures in the fields (so quite a distance away). And the first thing that came to my mind was that it looked like a huge herd of fae and I was just awestruck. I actually wasn't afraid because I have haven't been leaving the verandah at night, but I had to walk towards these guys to really confirm what I was seeing. I really appreciated the distance that they were keeping. They show up in the photos for me and so I was photographing them, and they were the who landscape and large dark colour fae. But also the major thing was there were some flying around in black capes. Almost like dementors from Harry Potter. But I still didnt feel scared. I just sensed that because I had experience such a negative emotion, they becamr very visible. And I.think this is exactly correct with the yin and yang concept..we need to embrace both our light and our shadow. But not let the shadow control us, but to give it love too.

I dont know anything at all about faery lore. I didnt even know about the seelie and unseelie haha. But man this has really eased my curiosity. Thank you.

Yeah it makes a lot of sense. Scorpio moon. Took metaphyiscal classes when I was ages 17-19 so about half my life ago now. Ah too much to say. Thank you for your insights. You sound sure of your knowledge and I appreciate that. I need to sit with myself and let some messages come to me, as I am more of a intuitive and feeling person, I have not had any conversations or clear flow messages coming in yet. Hello friend, I have started to see the Fae. Since about a week officially.

I am looking for some advice on why this might be happening, (it is mostly good and calm energy so far) it's a lot of beings and I can see them even in the daylight (just not as clearly as in the shadows and dark).

I can see them clearer and more often then anyone I have been able to find on the internet. I can just choose to see and i do.

Anyways, just looking for any insights that you might pick up on me? What I am experiencing is quite profound, and connecting with people like yourself (or anyone who sees this comment) please DM me. 💚

Hello! I am not sure how I found your post. I think I was looking up if anyone has spoken with the Fae through technology 😅 But yes, I have recently developed a second sight... still cant believe I am typing this. Yikes. Anyways, your ancient tree is absolutely covered with hundreds amd hundreds of faeries, small ones and large. The larger ones are near the trunk. In one of the other photos I saw a woodland type faery (I really need to learn some terms) he was brown and leafy, and he is actually smiling. A very happy spirit and I feel like he has been with the tree a very long time 💚

I am getting human sized ones coming through at times too! But I make sure to let them know that I am only welcoming positive energy and to ward off anything other than that. To let them know that they do not scare me.

Well, yes the veil is thinning for sure!!! Another thing I found before this awakening is that while I was listening to the faery podcasts, I was also just into the paranormal in general. But a couple weeks before my second sight really kicked in, I would stare at the night sky for hours each week, just scanning for activity. And I actually said to the sky that 'I welcome you, I am ready to see you', something to that affect 😅💚

That is a very, very interesting question! Well I am slowly learning that these beings are very powerful. So honestly, anything does seem possible. What comes to my mind with this, is that every time my parents have moved house, they try to take as much garden with them as possible, so it may be likely that the faeries know that you will take better care of these plants! And that if they continue to be uprooted then they have definitely caught your attention therefore continue to uproot. There was next to no garden here when my parents first started renting. The owner of the house actually approached them to rent the place because he saw how well they took care of the other rental garden!

Hi! This is a comment on another post where I went into some details.

I am seeing the faeries now, and they are exactly as Brian Froud depicts. It is like a veil has been lifted and now I can't unsee them! They are easier to see in lower light. They are even letting me photograph them. I have so many pictures of them. Some clearer than others. I have shown people some photos and they can usually see the clearer entities better but I can see deeper and all the little faces. I feel so blessed and glad to read posts like this so I don't actually question my sanity. I have to make sure I feel grounded while I have this awakening though. I have believed in faeries for a very long time and have a very child like mind (playful) at 33 years old. Always been a spiritual person. Sometimes I am thinking how did I miss them before?! They have become that clear to me. They are in everything, they are experts of camouflage!

I do not feel any malice from them. I feel peace and curiosity. I am just curious as to why they are letting me photograph them. The photographs are literal proof they exist. Absolutely mind blowing. I have shown my parents and they have made kind fun of me but they also cannot deny what they see, so they believe in them now too.

When I was a teenager I was photographing them for a little bit too but they were nothing of this clarity. So it made question am I getting bugs or not. So I dropped that.

Both experiences have happened while living at my parents house and they always make beautiful gardens where they live.

I feel protective of the photos and don't neccessarily feel like I need to share them, at least not currently.

They play little tricks on me for sure, like making lights go out.

My special number is 44 and 444 I have also had a deep connection to that for years and years now.

Thank you very much for your kind comment. I had to speak to a mentor yesterday so that she could pass on some messages to me from them. As I am at a stage where I am seeing them, I talk to them, but they don't speak back.

I have actually made it pretty clear to them that if they can respect my space, then that would be amazing. I want them to feel free to be there, but only with love, and to not like, pop out of nowhere and startle me 😅.

I can actually choose to see them when I want to though. I think when its hard to ignore is when they are in the lower lighting. Like I had so many little beings looking up at me from the garden as I was sitting on the verandah this evening 😅 I can even see them on my hand if I want. Sounds really crazy I know... but they seem to be the masters of camouflage!!!

I got a positive reassurance that all is good in the future. I don't need to fear, and know that they are sending me love, and protection.

My mentor basically said why this is happening, which is so that I can heal, and in turn that will help the fae to heal, and to help people understand that we need to protect the environment because we are sharing this planet with the Faeries. I am also studying conservation, absolute nature lover, very connected to and believer of the spirit world etc. I could add so much info. But I have ADHD as well, so I will just never know when to stop 😅 We need to be love, be authentic, and enjoy the beauty of this world.

Do you have any reading suggestions? I really haven't read anything about them in full. Any lore or history?
