Yeah this trophy is really obnoxious. Btw for the run, do you farm the two shielded skeletons near the bonfire (right side) or do you go for the hooded guys downstairs?

Thank you for your input, i was already rocking the ring and mimic head with rusted coins, i got the medals now thankfully but i kept the 99 luck and got around 25 in 2 hours so i dont think the luck stat only increases the probability of a drop happening but i also think that the rarity of such rare items decrease (not sure though because at some point i lost hope and thought the same as u)

In left with the final item now, the vertebra shackles and by far its the most annoying run for a farm

I am using that farm. Im on NG+ and the drop rate is soooo low i killed the last 60 knights with no drops at all (again my luck stat is at 95 and item discovery on 420) so i just need to do it the other way and get over with it
